I’m thinking of starting to have one of those weight loss drinks for breakfast. It that healthy?

I currently don’t have anything for breakfast. I’d rather get a few extra minutes of sleep. I’m at a healthy weight. I just thought that having something like a slim fast in the morning would better than what I’m doing now. Any other suggestions?
