is 2 lbs a week healthy weight loss?

THat’s what I’m averaging out..since I made a few lifestyle changes…I feel its slow but I want permanent results.

    You are doing good, anything more than that is unhealthy. Losing 1-2 lbs a week usually means you are losing fat, anything more and you are also losing water and lean muscle, which will lower your metabolism and make it harder to keep weight off long term.
