I’ve been trying to lose weight recently, and on top of exercising, I’ve been trying to eat less, and healthier, but everything I eat is either not great for weight loss or it’s not filling, and I’m hungry again in like an hour. Besides fruits and vegetables, is there anything else I can eat that might fill me up more while still helping me lose weight?
